We also collect operational metadata needed to run the service, such as timestamps, approximate device and browser information, push subscription data, and request metadata used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

We use data to operate PoolOps, process payments, route work, draft messages, generate service documentation, improve automation quality, protect the service, and communicate with users about the product.

Information submitted through public forms may be used to qualify a lead, schedule a demo, and prepare a tailored follow-up.

PoolOps uses third-party AI providers to help draft messages, summarize work, interpret photos, and automate operational workflows. These systems can make mistakes, so human review may still be required for important actions.

By using PoolOps, you acknowledge that operational content may be processed by these providers for inference and reliability purposes consistent with their terms.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Messaging, CRM, and other workflow actions may run through third-party providers such as GoHighLevel, cloud hosting vendors, mapping services, and notification services. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers and infrastructure partners needed to operate the product, comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect users and the business.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

You may request updates or deletion of certain personal information, subject to operational, contractual, and legal constraints. Marketing messages may include unsubscribe or opt-out controls when applicable.
